I am an adiunct in the Department of European Policy, Public Finance and Marketing at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences-SGGW, where I work as a lecturer and researcher.

I received my PhD in economics from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences-SGGW.

My main fields of interest include regional and local development issues, with special regard to problems of rural development in the context of Poland’s membership in the European Union. Another important field of my work is evaluation, both in theory and practice.

My research focuses on the above mentioned main fields, including numerous subfields concerning rural areas development, just to mention demography, social policy issues, unemployment, small and medium sized enterprises.
